AVS Mismatch error troubleshooting information

For your security, we confirm that the address you enter during checkout matches the billing address of the credit card being used. In regard to an AVS Mismatch error: If the address entered does not match the address on the credit card, the transaction will be halted, and you will receive this error.

NOTE: Some cards or debit cards will put an authorization hold on your funds if the transaction receives an AVS mismatch. If this happens, please allow 3-4 business days for the funds to drop back into your account automatically.
