Checking to see if your order went through

Do not place another order if you aren’t sure if your order went through. 

  1. Check to see if you received a confirmation email. When you click the “Complete Order” button, your billing information is sent to Purplepass’ payment processor. If your computer freezes or shows an error, there is still a chance the information was received and you were successfully charged. If you did not receive the confirmation email, check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Check with your credit card company to see if the charge went through.
