Never received a confirmation email or print-at-home tickets

We send you a receipt in your email after you have successfully purchased tickets. This confirmation email will also include your tickets if you chose the print-at-home delivery option. Sometimes valid emails get put to the spam/junk folder, so please check to see if the email is there.

If the email is not there, you can also email us at support@purplepass.com or call us at 1-800-316-8559 to have the email resent to you.

Alternatively, if you purchased while logged into your customer account, you can retrieve the tickets from there too.

  2. View your order history
  3. Download/print your tickets
