Purplepass is not responsible for event tickets that may be lost by the postal service. If the Purplepass event you have purchased tickets for is within 72 hours and you have not received your tickets, please contact customer support at 800-316-8559 or at support@purplepass.com. We will work with you, the venue, and the promoter to make arrangements whenever possible.
