Learn more about the information that Purplepass collects

There is some information that Purplepass collects related to your account and sales. When you order online, we need your full name, email address, phone number, billing address, your credit card number, expiration date and CVV code.

This information is all required in order to successfully process your online order. We also use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems on our servers, as well as geographical, statistical, and administrative purposes. Your IP address contains no personal information about you.
