Ticket exchanges and Purplepass refund policy

All sales are final and no ticket exchanges unless the event is canceled, postponed, or has significantly changed after you have purchased your tickets. If the event was canceled, you will automatically be refunded (minus service fees) depending on the event organizer's terms and conditions. If the event was postponed or changed, you may request a refund by sending an email to support@purplepass.com or calling us at 1-800-316-8559.

The venue or event organizer makes the final decision on whether to cancel an event, postpone, or issue a refund. Purplepass assumes no responsibility for making any such decision and will have no responsibility to issue refunds.
