Auto-trigger a discount when certain criteria has been met
If you want to use the auto-trigger a discount feature to automatically apply a discount when certain criteria are met, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- Edit an existing event or click on Create New Event in the top navigation menu
- When creating your event, scroll down the page until you reach the Ticket Pricing and Options section
- At the bottom of that section, select the Add coupon code button located on the left side of the screen with the green + icon
- A pop-up window will appear labeled Create Coupon Code
- Check the box titled Manually create one code
- Enter the criteria that need to be met (discount type, number of tickets that need to be purchased, valid dates, etc.)
- Click the box labeled Auto trigger this coupon if criteria is met
Click the purple Save Coupon Code at the bottom of the screen
