Information about Purplepass handling refunds
The venue or event promoter makes the final decision on whether or not to issue a refund or handling refunds.
Purplepass assumes no responsibility for making any such decision, and will have no responsibility to issue refunds.
If a refund is issued, Purplepass will issue refunds for all online and telephone purchases. If you purchased your tickets through a retail outlet, please return to the outlet you purchased your ticket from for a refund. Please be aware that all service and delivery fees are non-refundable and only the face value and any applicable facility fees will be refunded.
